What we do, and what we don't
We run the marketplace and its rules. The sites belong to the publishers who list them.
We do
- Review every site and verify ownership before it goes live
- Hold the buyer's payment until the order is approved
- Apply the same order rules, deadlines and revision limits to everyone
- Review disputes and guarantee claims and decide on refunds
We don't
- Own or run the listed websites
- Set publisher prices or accept orders on their behalf
- Monitor links or indexing automatically: guarantee claims are opened by the buyer
