1. Our role
Zuboost operates an online marketplace and acts as an intermediary service provider between buyers and independent publishers. The article and its publication are provided and sold by the publisher, who is responsible for the website and the published content.
2. Payments
The platform collects the buyer's payment and keeps the amount on hold on the buyer's balance until the order is completed or approved. On completion, the amount minus the platform commission is transferred to the publisher after the holding period. If an order is cancelled, the amount is refunded according to section 4.
3. Delivery, checking and approval
The publisher delivers by submitting the published URL on its own site. Checking the link (URL, anchor text, link type) and whether the page is indexed is the buyer's responsibility; the platform does not verify links or indexing. The buyer may approve, request a revision or open a dispute. If the buyer takes no action within 48 hours of delivery (or the period shown in the order), the order is approved automatically.
4. Refunds
Orders that are declined, not delivered in time or resolved in the buyer's favour are refunded to the buyer's balance.
5. Guarantee claims
If a link is removed within the guarantee period stated on the buyer protection page, the buyer may open a claim with evidence. The publisher has a fix period to restore the link. If it is not restored, the platform decides on the claim and may refund the buyer and deduct the amount from the publisher's balance. The platform does not monitor links automatically.
6. Platform services
Services provided by the platform itself, such as content writing and managed campaigns, are sold directly by Zuboost.
7. Publisher obligations
Publishers must own or control the listed sites, deliver the ordered article on their own site, keep links published for the guarantee period and follow the content rules shown on each listing.
8. Prohibited content
Content that is illegal in the publisher's or the buyer's jurisdiction is not allowed. Sensitive categories are only accepted on sites that opt in.
